A work on a Japanese Haori jacket from 1950s/60s

I changed the shape of this Haori , making by hand-sewn pleats on the front, a cocoon form .
This hoary is in textured silk , batik floral motif , in different shades of greens , traces of light brown , yellow brown , cream and black .
Lining cream and yellow , geometric pattern .

I hand-sewn on it 2 amazing silk and velvet flowers , millinery ornaments from the 1940s . in shades of purple / pink / green.

I made 2 strips in floral silk ( they are under the flowers ) who are finished by 2 long beads pendants .
These beads are in red and black wood , From France , they were used in the 1930s and 1940s to make Rosary + green crystal beads 1960s + aluminium from the 1940s + lampwork glass beads purple , red and green from India.
A pendant can be crossed on the bust, as show on the photos , you fix it by knot with the vintage purple velvet ribbon.

Free Size S/M
I play to be model in my creations .... to show that also, a small woman like me ( i'm "petite size " 1,59 cm / 5'2" ) can wear my garments.
I absolutely don't create for gigantic top models wearing xxs sizes because they are not the reality!
And I'm not 16 years old either , but 48 :)
